This Reishi supplement by Nature’s Way weighs 376mg per serving consisting of millet, gelatin, and an unlisted amount of Reishi mushroom extract. While the whole fruiting body of mushroom is used, the extraction process used for manufacture of this product is not listed. While the label indicates that there are 10% polysaccharides in each serving, the therapeutic quality (beta glucan) is not included.
