Since this product is not extracted, it is likely to have a large percentage of indigestible content and a very small percentage of active mushroom compunds that may or may not be bioavailable. The rice flour listed as part of the inactive ingredients suggests that this supplement is made from mycelium biomass grown on rice. To date, there is limited scientific research available indicating therapeutic value for unextracted mushroom products.
